The best Mexican restaurant in Utah! This place is a true gem. The food is authentic, delicious, and full of that homemade flavor that takes you straight to Mexico. Being a California Native its hard finding a good Mexican Restaurant in Utah, Ive been to many mexican resturants and havent been impressed. Most of the time their food is underseasoned, not authentic enough for me but I found this gem:) I tried their Ceviche de Camaron, it was fire, flavorful, i loved the juice( I slurped it all up) , the way they cut and chopped the veggies,the seasonings. i loved how they seperated the ceviche and the tostadas for my delivery. The chips and salsa are great. I only have a few on my hand for a good ceviche. And this was added to my list!!!! . I am a foodie.
This is my favorite Mexican Restaurant! The flavors and salsas are so good! It’s always an amazing experience at Carnitas Michoacan! We frequent this place - the owners are so kind, and the food is always fresh with amazing flavor! Prices are awesome too. The Carnitas, Fajitas, Chile Rellenos, and Pozole are some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere!
My first time trying their food. I ordered takeout. Everything tasted delicious with a good amount of toppings each. Even more so, it's all decently priced as well. Will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you!
Delicious food. I got ground beef taco, enchilada and burrito with a pork tamale on the side. Highly recommend!! One more thing. A man walked in with cards explaining he was deaf. The amazing staff offered him a drink and other things on the house and showed great compassion. I don't know the details about the man but the kindness of this staff was very touching and true. Show this restaurant and staff some love if you're in the area.
